Reminders
CCTV Registers will remind your approved managers when the register hasn’t been signed before your venues opening time. Approved managers will all receive notifications every 15 minutes until the register has been signed.
Front Screen Complete
When the register has been completed, all notifications will stop and the tab labelled “complete CCTV register” will turn green. All listed approved managers for the venue will see the changed colour and have full visibility of the completed register.
6 Monthly CCTV Check
Approved managers have the ability to upload the 6 monthly compulsory checks. The approved manager can upload all documentation via their mobile app or web portal and this is available for viewing at any time.
Edit Profile
Approved managers can edit their profile at any time, this is so they can keep their profile up to date after completing the required training courses or receiving new cards (RMLV &Approved Managers?)
Daily Countdown
The approved managers app will display a daily countdown to the expiry of both RMLV and Approved Managers certificates. On the venue web portal it will list all managers expiry dates and give 60 day and 30 day warnings of expiry.
