Is there a cost for the app that the Mnaagers will use?

No, the app is completely FREE and available through the Apple App store or Android Play store. It is compatible with both Apple and Android devices.

What do I do if I forget my passwords?

You can simply click on the “forgot password” link on the app or web portal, this will send you an email with instructions on how to reset any password.

Is there someone to call if I experience any technical issues?

Yes, there is technical support available 24/7. For non-urgent enquiries you can send an email to [email protected]

Do you offer training for my Management team?

Yes, full training is provided with refresher sessions also available. To book some training, please email [email protected]

this training can be done in person at the venue or online via Teams.

Do I need to print out my CCTV Register?

You only need to print your register is asked to by OLGR, the Police Liquor Unit or the Office of Fair-Trading. The CCTV Register will automatically store your completed registers for a period of 7 years and can be accessed any time from your web portal.
